A treasure in my home
Having grown-up in Cache Valley, the the view in this painting touches my soul. I moved off to college and then married a military guy, and still 20 years later, tears flow as I drive out of the valley after our visit each summer. I loooove this painting. It really does capture the beauty of our valley and is a reminder to me every day how lucky I was to grow-up there. I bought the 12x16 to fit a big and fancy gold frame I had and it looks terrific. i thought I'd go with this smaller size to I would have flexibility on where to place it. Now, I really do wish I had gone bigger and made it the center of our family room. I may come back and purchase a really big size another time. Until then, I love the one I have!
