Shipping/Returns

Shipping  Items will ship in approximately 10-14 business days via UPS.  There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs according to the shipping options you choose.  Tracking information on your package will be provided in an email to you at the time of shipment.

Please note:  Customers are responsible for paying International/Customs fees

Returns

Winborg Masterpieces unfortunately cannot accept returns on our products, as they are made-to-order. If you wish to cancel an order you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order.  All merchandise defects will be replaced at our expense. Authorization must be attained prior to replacement. We will not accept item returns without prior authorization.

Please note: Customer is responsible for all freight charges if the delivery is returned, refused or canceled during processing.

Damaged Product

From time to time, a product may be damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 5 days of receipt at winborgmasterpieces@yahoo.com or call us at 435 792-4278 Replacement of damaged items will only be given for items packaged in the original packaging. We will need specific details of the damage prior to sending a replacement.  All damage must be reported within 5 days of receiving order to be eligible for replacement or credit.
